The Trust began in 2012 and has steadily grown to twenty-six schools. The vision and ethos of the Trust centres on sustainable improvement – schools joining the Trust do so to become the best schools they can be and to support others on this journey. Over time we have developed our strategies, systems, processes and capacity to ensure that together we are continuously improving. Centred on meaningful partnership, our schools focus on collaboration and internal support whilst always remaining outward facing. We all share a common purpose and vision – they key is to ensure our schools retain their uniqueness and ethos that enables them to meet the needs of their communities. This is why our motto is very much, adopt, adapt and fly. We are all in this together and have a collective responsibility to children across our schools. We believe nothing should be left to chance and that is why we believe in the delivery of a school led professional continuum from outstanding teacher training to outstanding CPD developing inspirational leaders for our schools.<\/p>\n
